How PitchID helps
Record when you feel comfortable, in five short clips.
Prepare with guided prompts. Retake any clip as often as you like.
Show the person and skills beyond your written CV.
A QR code on your CV connects employers to your introduction.
AI helps with editable talking points. It does not score, rank or alter your video.
What PitchID Verified meansBuilt for different needs
Disabled people, neurodivergent candidates and people experiencing mental health challenges deserve choice in how they present their skills.
On-the-spot pressure can make interviews difficult. Prepare and record privately when you feel ready.
Unexpected questions can be a barrier. See the prompts first and practise before recording.
Live speaking can feel pressured. Retake short clips; current limits are 20 seconds per clip.
Travel can make first-stage interviews harder. Record your introduction somewhere comfortable.
Fixed appointment times may not suit fluctuating health. Choose when to record and pause within a session.
Phone screens can create barriers. Prompts are written; captions and BSL options are planned, not live.
Video isn't right for everyone. PitchID complements a CV; it does not replace an employer's accessible application options. Written, audio and transcript-first alternatives are planned for our pilot, not available yet. Read our known gaps.
Inclusive features & future development

Our social impact ambition
Pilot participation, accessibility feedback, recruiter engagement and candidate employment outcomes. These are objectives, not proven results.
Our Luton pilot is planned. We intend to involve a paid lived-experience panel and local employment services, health services, colleges and employers. No partnerships have been agreed yet.

We want everyone to be able to use PitchID. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. We plan to have one, with testing by disabled people and users of assistive technology, during our pilot.
