Budget’s £3,000 Youth Jobs Grant misses one key problem: applications

Anna Mbwese, co-founder of the careers platform Shine, says the new grant only works if young people can get through the application. In Shine’s small survey, worry about the CV or covering letter was the most common thing that nearly stopped them applying.
