‘AI rebounding’: Firms turning to workers they replaced

An SHL survey of 2,036 employed adults in Britain and the US found 13% of UK workers said they had personally been replaced by AI and later approached to return. Only 36% of British respondents believed their manager fully understood their skills beyond their job title. The findings are self-reported, not verified employer records.
